Delivery & Returns
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 - 5 working days & send by Hermes or Royal Mail (UK deliveries) in normal conditions.
In the unlikely event of you not having received your order after 7 working days, please contact us at email@example.com.
During these unprecedented times delivery times may take slightly longer. If you do require your order by a particular date, please make a note in the comments section at the checkout and we will contact you if we are unable to deliver by this date.
If you are within a 10k radius of RH11, we would be happy for you to collect your products, or contact us for free local delivery.
When you place your order, we require your personal details to process the order. As well as your name, and address details we need a contact telephone number and an email address so that we can get in touch with you in case there are any problems.
If there are any problems with your order due to stock unavailability, payment or postage issues, or any errors in pricing or description we will contact you by email or telephone before the order is dispatched.
Postage is quoted for deliveries within Mainland UK. For delivery elsewhere please contact us for a delivery quote.

We recycle and reuse all packing materials where possible.
Should you for any reason not be satisfied, please return your goods and we will refund or exchange any product you send back to us within 7 days of receipt of goods, postage is non-refundable unless the product is faulty/damaged. (Photographic evidence may be required for damaged/faulty goods) Regrettably we can also take no responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.
